Just my own experience. After several treatments I got a fungus infection to my nails and soft tissues. I started antifungal treatments. I haven't had such problems for decades. Need to find another place. Disappointing.
I have called multiple times between 8.30am and 10.30am and the line listed on Google keeps saying I’ve called outside practice hours and not connecting me to anyone. And on the website there is no way to book a general consult for a new patient.
I have visited this clinic a couple of times, the service is always outstanding, and the team members lovely and knowledgeable. Definately recommend
Had a good experience initially with Anna but it went down hill fast after she went overseas. Charged $200 for off the shelf Formthotic orthotics that are completely unsuitable for the issues we needed addressed! When I tried to return them they refused a refund and offered a credit to be used for future services. i can buy the exact same product online for $60! It's not about the money although that does hurt but the fact that other podiatrists only use they orthotics for diabetic patients and not for the issue we needed ad... read more
