Andy and TJ came to install two split systems on a 43 degree day. They arrived early and worked hard across the day. Explained everything as needed. When one of the units didn't work, they explained the process of troubleshooting it, and the eventual warranty claim that had to be submitted. We would highly recommend Maroondah Air Group! They always service our gas unit and evaporative cooler at a very fair price. Recently, we had an issue with the evaporative cooler, which was nothing to do with the service of the unit, and Dimitrius solved the problem quickly and courteously. We were only charged the call out fee. We wouldn't have anyone else out to do the job.
We used Maroondah Air Group at our previous house and for any servicing jobs. From the quoting to doing the work all members of this group communicated with efficiency and accuracy. Great service! They were quick to book an appointment, rocked up in the time range as advised, diagnosed our problem super quickly, sorted it out, told us what had happened (and hey, we knew we hadn’t had the evap. unit serviced properly!) and gave us a quote for a few parts that need replacing - nothing outrageous; courteous team led by the very efficient Taylah - super happy to recommend.
Ive had two dealings with this company over the years and both times the experience was bad. This time we had our heater serviced in august. Its an in roof heater that also controls the refrigerated air con. The tech that came out was really rude but serviced the heater or so we thought. We really should have tested that the air-conditioning was working when he serviced it but it was winter so we didnt.
