As someone with training in sales it irritates me when people play the sales games with me, all I want is someone to be upfront, honest and actually care..... that's EXACTLY what carl did for me and my wife, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, upfront, honest and nothing seemed to be to much to help us out getting our new car, especially after being screwed around with our last car.
