Listen, if you like wasting money then use maronda homes to build for you. Maronda built our home 2 years ago, and among a number of problems big and small, the most important happened this week and that was the ac compressor dying on us. They will not replace or repair it because we are out of our warranty period. Compressors don’t just die, they are murdered-murdered from poor installation. These people built a house next to me. Cut down a tree and dragged and placed it on my front lawn. I’ve spoken to them multiple times and every time they say they’ll take care of it. I’ve also called multiple times with no call back. Going on 6 months now and that tree is still sitting on my lawn. Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star because after losing my shit and screaming at these people and threatening lawyers and leaving my one star review they immediately went to my property and removed that tree. We have been enjoying living in our Maronda home for less than a year. We have had to deal with quite a few issues with our house and there are still more. We have experience difficulty in, trying to contact someone at Maronda regarding service. Since last night, we have had an emergency with the new septic system.
