These people built a house next to me. Cut down a tree and dragged and placed it on my front lawn. I’ve spoken to them multiple times and every time they say they’ll take care of it. I’ve also called multiple times with no call back. Going on 6 months now and that tree is still sitting on my lawn. We have been enjoying living in our Maronda home for less than a year. We have had to deal with quite a few issues with our house and there are still more. We have experience difficulty in, trying to contact someone at Maronda regarding service. Since last night, we have had an emergency with the new septic system.
