We have been enjoying living in our Maronda home for less than a year. We have had to deal with quite a few issues with our house and there are still more. We have experience difficulty in, trying to contact someone at Maronda regarding service. Since last night, we have had an emergency with the new septic system. As one of the first homeowners at The Vue in Satellite Beach, FL I can honestly say I wouldn't hesitate in buying another Maronda Home. No builder is perfect so when warranty issues occur you want a builder who stands behind their product. I can tell you they do at this community. Maronda executive leadership, Keith and the warranty department are top notch. Keep up the great work in our community!
I’ve had the opportunity to live in my new Maronda Homes built house for a little over a year now. Much thanks goes to Maronda, particularly the construction team, for building a solid and well built home. There were two builders in my community, and I consistently hear from neighbors and friends how lucky I was that Maronda was my builder vs the other company.
