Working with Tony has been seamless. His response time is incredible. I am a Property Manager and I understand how difficult this job is and he handles himself with grace, patience, and takes care of all our needs within a very reasonable time frame. Tony has made our first home experience fantastic and we are so grateful for him!

**UPDATED REVIEW** DO NOT BUILD WITH MARONDA HOMES!!! Poor craftsmanship, work quality, and customer service. We have had nothing but issues with this builder and our property! Now our biggest issues happens to be a result of Maronda homes neglecting its customers and dragging their feet on major issues.
