I accompanied my 20 yo to see Dr. Andaya last week. My 20 yo has a variety of disabilities and is an ambulatory wheelchair user. We did not bring the wheelchair to the first appointment. At the first appt Dr. Andaya asked us to make a follow up for a handicap placard and a wheelchair referral. Today we went to that follow up appointment, which my adult child brought their wheelchair to.
