Very poor service only interested in billing, avoid at all costs there are better providers in Austin
At the time scheduled online, 03/31/25, said was taking new patients. I prepaid. 1 week prior to appointment they notified me through the portal that my appointment had been cancelled. No email or phone call. If I had not logged into portal day of my appointment to get address I would have not known.

I love Dr. Andaya! She’s attentive and really listens. I’m so glad I found her.
Cannot recommend finding a different Dr. than Dr. Andaya. I would actually recommend avoiding this Dr. office entirely. The office forces you to communicate with Dr. Andaya through the Patient Portal, and it's completely obvious she doesn't field any of the messages herself or pay attention to what is going on with the patient. She made me wait 3+ months to see her in person before filling a routine script I've been taking for 6+ years now.
