I ordered flowers to surprise my dil for her birthday. When I contacted her after not hearing from her she told me she never got them. I contacted the company and they saw that they were never delivered. They asked if they could send them on the 30th and I said yes and again they didn't arrive. I was not told that the supplier didn't have the order, I had to contact the company to find out what happened. This was pushed back 3 times.
