I have never been more pleased with a primary care physician than I have been with Dr. O'Shae. I switched to her practice from Dr. Yoon and Radomski, and could not be more satisfied with the care that I have been receiving. I appreciate how accessible her practice is for acute visits; if I needed to come in I have always been been seen by someone either that day or the next. I would not go see her again. She has a difficult personality. She herself is one problem at this office. Another problem is the office staff: they're very brusque and unfriendly. The third problem is how terribly long you have to wait to be seen (way too long to be acceptable). The whole place is really extraordinarily bad.

Dr. O'Shae accused me of being sexually abused as a cause for a chronic pain disorder that I have. Although I explain there was not a history of abuse in my family, she refused to stop accusing me. As someone not trained in psychology, it is irresponsible for her to go out spouting "opinions" such as that. When I expressed my concerns with her wanted to take me off birth control pills (she's a propagandist who tried to give me pamphlets explaining the evils of hormonal birth control pills), she said that I wasn't making sens... read more

Dr. O'Shae is a first-rate physician with a strongly compassionate side. I am impressed by her ability to combine a passionate professionalism with a very human caring. It is clear that Dr. O'Shae loves what she does and that she is very serious about her patients' health.

Dr. O'Shae is very knowledgeable about an array of health problems and medical issues and very helpful in conveying her knowledge to the patient. In an office visit she gives you her full attention and you don't feel that she's rushing to complete the visit so that she can get to the next patient. Other raters have complained about the office staff, but I found them to be cordial and efficient. I really like Dr. O'Shae. She is very knowledgeable and spends a great deal of time with her patients. She recommends complementary approaches such as acupuncture, stress-reduction techniques, etc., and doesn't immediately prescribe drugs like many doctors do. She listens carefully. Because she spends a great deal of time with her patients, she often runs late, so put a lot of money in the parking meter out front! I am less impressed with some of the staff that run her office.
