It is with great difficulty that we write this review, especially in view of the exceptional service of the once-employed sales rep, Matthew Ragusa. Matthew went to great lengths to accommodate our order and store materials for us until we could arrange shipment to Molokai. At the end of the day, this company is holding ~ $15,000 in trust, money IN FULL that we paid for tile never received. Two different orders. I love my kitchen transformation from Marmol, Hawaii! The team at Marmol was so helpful with our selection and we learned so much about the various types of products. Our kitchen had grey Corian countertops which were not eye-catching, and definitely not practical.
