The Manager fixed a problem with a delivery that was holding up the completion of our pool. The sandblast finish looks great! We got the whitest marble Ayfron Cloud and it looks modern and fresh with straight edges.

I typically am not one to write a reveiw but feel it is necessary to praise the Marmiro product as well as their customer service. We undertook a large reno, consisting of a new pool, deck and pool house. Our favorite part of the job are the beautiful stones around the pool which we have received many compliments on. It turned out our contractor did not install the stones properly and thus the stones started cracking!!! Dana at Marmiro was more them helpful to help us rectify this. Marmiro Stones turned our very modest 2nd bathroom into a little piece of luxe that we never thought we could have achieved in our home! The flooring, wall tile, marble details are of top notch quality and arrived promptly for our job. Heidi was onsite every step of the way, guiding our installer and making sure the vision we discussed came to fruition! Very poor delivery time and even worse customer service. 4-6 weeks became 15. Delayed entire project and they were never straightforward about when materials would actually be delivered. When it was finally delivered, 3 out of 3 radius cuts were wrong. No effort to make it right. Zero.
