Easy, convenient professional sales from Desa and staff! It was a good experience for us!
Made 9 am appt for oil change&tire rotation and was told they had booked it for 8 am when I came in. After an hour and forty minutes of waiting, go check on it and they are just starting on it & tell me it is a newer tech, so may be a bit. I could of driven to Hays or Hutch and still been done quicker!! Has service manager changed, as never had a problem in the past for service? Just shy of two hours and still waiting 😣

I had an amazing experience here thanks to Alan Ledesma, I had a reoccurring problem with my O2 sensors. I tried contacting the dealer that sold me it and they wanted nothing to do with it but Alan took out personal time to fix this problem. I would highly recommend going here for any of your car needs.
Just want to say a huge thanks to Alan Ledesma, Nikki, and the rest of the team at marmies. They took care of my transmission problem and got me a loaner right away. I can honestly say I recommend marmies to anyone and will keep taking my car there. I'm very satisfied with their work and the way they treat their customers!! Alan Ledesma your the man !!
Had transmission issues and after me trying to figure it out and waste time I finally got my truck in for an appointment and they had it back to me within the next morning. Very recommended. I drive Chevy but Marmies Ford has some of the best mechanics thanks Alan Ledesma!!
