I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my car. A new care under 70,000 miles upon drop off to Marmie Ford. When I got it back it was leaking oil, rattling, humming, and clunking. I took it back and they claim they couldn't duplicate the noises even though it started the moment you started the vehicle up. Apparently following the recall repair, the engine compartment was not properly sealed, the oil pan was not put back on correctly, and they had snapped a bolt off of the turbocharge... read more
Always good service
There is little to no attempt to listen to their customers. I spoke with 3 different people about getting a new battery and ended up being told 3 hours later it would be over two and a half grand for a new water pump... the battery wasn't even checked. The miscommunication, a bill for work I didn't ask to be done and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The 1st 2 times of going to just get my oil changed on the Ford side (years ago), I waited in the lobby with a toddler for over 3 and a half hours both times. When I final... read more
Customer service was great! Only issue was a slight delay on parts from Ford, but these days that is standard across several industries. Dealership has excellent technicians who made themselves available to discuss the problems with my vehicle and the course of repairs. My vehicle is repaired and running great!
I have been trading at Marmies for at least 30 years with at least 10 to 15 new vehicles. My experience over this time has been excellent.
