Terrible customer service. Zero customer support. Do Not Recommend!! More than doubled our bill without notice. Requested Help with our alarm system for more than 6 months before we left for another company
Marmic Fire & Safety replaced all the fire sprinkler heads in our apartment and neighboring units & buildings over the last week. Cole & Carlos were awesome. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. What I really like about Marmic Fire & Safety is the fact that they are an "all in one" fire safety service provider. Before Marmic, I had three different companies servicing my fire safety equipment at three different times of the year. I also had three invoices to keep track of along with everything else in my day-to-day. This vendor is without a doubt the absolute worst vendor I have ever in my profession worked with. They continue to send crazy ridiculous statements for service and estimates trying to sell additional services. Their techs apparently are commissioned. There can be no other excuse. I received an estimate to install 6 fire extinguishers for $2500.00. I had them installed by a competitor for $800.00. I received an estimate to install signage on valves for $6600.00.
