Horrible management, lots of cockroaches and when you report it, they send a maintenance person, spray it with whatever spray just to make you think they done something and the cockroach nest remains. They never have control over the parking, they make you fill out forms for a parking permit and they ask for your documents and a few days go by and again there is nowhere to park.
Vivo en este complejo batalle para renovar mi contrato más de 4 meces me hicieron citas 7 veces en las cuales lleve mi documentación reciente las 7!!! Alejandra Loya, you think that's Bad? Unfortunately, I live in Columbia apartments. Honestly, it seems like if they don't have maintainance personal. The apartments are in pretty bad shape, we have to fix our own apartment imperfections. On the 20th of June I went to the office to ask for a latter to go see what my A/C needs. They were busy with other tenants, as soon as they were done they look like if they were hidding from me. And I just got in to the app to report my A/C before asking for the latter.
