Dr. Valena has been my childrens doctor for 4 years. She is easy to get a appointment for wellness visits but has very limited availability for sick visits. The practice does not allow you to see the other doctor- sighting continuity of care. Twice this year, I've had to take my children to immediate care because they have limited or no available appointments- so much for continuity of care, when your own practice is too big to accommodate your patient load.
