This was my first time going to Marlyn Jewelers. I needed batteries for six watches. One of the watches needed more extensive work than the actual cost of the watch itself, but with perseverance Marlyn Jewelers was able to get it working again with no guarantee that it would continue to work. Well, it’s still ticking and for that, I am grateful. Also grateful that I was not charged for the battery because of the condition of the watch. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
