The doctor was great an I was not rushed. Really like her. However the wait time was one and one half hours. You cannot speak to anyone directly. A voicemail must be left and you have to wait for a call back, up to 72hrs. Front desk staff are not helpful at all, not accurate with their information. No one ever called with my test results. I had to call for both tests and leave a message, then wait for a call back.
She simply just amazing
Dr. Generillo is thorough, gives you her time and personable. She listened to all of my concerns and gave solid professional judgement, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her.
Hard to schedule with, what's available online is always incorrect and they call me to reschedule days later. Wait time for an empty office is ridiculous. I listed to the doctor and nurses chit chat for 15 minutes during my last appointment. Office is disorganized and will bill you for services that were not performed. They also have to outsource lab work but they don't tell you that before your appointment. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
The doctor is great. She truly cares, but her staff doesn't care. In order to do anything you have to put up with office staff, which is horrible.
She explains anything to you and listens what you have to say. Just ask and you will get answers.
I have been going to Dr.Generillo for about 2 months. She is awesome. I have had several symptoms for years that other Dr's have dismissed or given wrong medication for. She actually took the time to listen and hear me and prescribed the correct medication and physical therapy for one of my symptoms. I am feeling so much better, thanks to her and her great medical staff.
I have been going to this place for a very long time now. Dr. Generillo is awesome and so is her medical assistant. But you can never talk to a human being if something goes wrong with a prescription, or if you need your test results, etc. then they don't get back to you until three days later. And the real problem is; the lady at the front desk. She is so un professional. When I talk to her she always is like "sweetie this and sweetie that". It's so irritating and very rude.
She is very kind and helpful. She doesn't rush your speaking to her. She is the best doctor I have ever had.
