Bongiovanni doesn't listen to the patient, had to redo a crown about 3 times, and it still wasn't right. Apparently believes your lower and upper teeth shouldn't touch. Don't let his gentle demeanor fool you. Staff seems nice but as soon as you ask for something, like a clear x-ray copy, they get vicious. They lied about all assistants being vaccinated. Even the dr. won't offer that info, after expressing a concern about it. Bongiovanni just lets the assistant hover over you, unvaccinated because she doesn't believe in it. D... read more
