The manager here treated us very well. In a world where it seems like no one really cares about customer service anymore, Marlows Tavern -Woodstock is the exception. We were absolutely blown away at their response to our wait time for our food. They went above and beyond and have made us customers for life. The food is always amazing and their options are unique. I like to sit outside, as the inside is a bit dark and loud for my taste. We have visited many Marlows locations but the Woodstock location is our favorite.
My brother and I wanted to go visit a new local place after freshly moving into the area. We wanted a chill vibe where we could chat and enjoy a nice drink and eat some lunch together. This place gave us everything we needed and so much more. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very kind host who let us sit at the bar to hangout. My husband's burger was so rare it couldn't be eaten, my salad came dressed though I asked what salad dressing came, I never got an answer. When the salad came dressed I had to ask again about the dressing as I'm allergic to honey. After I told her I was allergic she asked if it was ok??? Seriously. Maybe it was an off night, but a manager never came to the table...we paid the check and left. Disappointing
