I bought a unit at the Marlowe in 2022 and I have loved it. The complains about the concierge not being friendly, in my opinion are totally unfounded. I go in and out 4-5 times a day and they always acknowledge me. I am very happy to live here.

As a homeowner at The Marlowe, I’ve experienced a consistent pattern of negligence, unresponsiveness, and a shocking lack of accountability from both the management company and the HOA board. Since purchasing my unit in 2024, I made repeated requests - via phone calls, emails, texts, and formal letters - for urgent repairs to a hazardous balcony. 10/10 EXPERIENCE! I have NEVER had such a wholesome, smooth experience as a realtor in my 10 years of working as I did with Andrew, the concierge! He was extremely nice and super helpful with everything and was truly fantastic!
