Not Remote Friendly: Overall the property is nice but not remote friendly. Been having issues since I moved in and constant back and forth with Cox, 10+ technician visits but every time they come they said they can’t do anything. It’s the bandwidth issue - 10GB shared for the entire property is ridiculous considering we’re paying $90/monthly for something we can barely use. Takes 1-2 mins to send a message, and getting kicked out of Zoom calls is just unacceptable. Gets worse at night since that’s when everyone’s home. Asked... read more
Visited this place earlier this month and all I can say is that it’s beautiful. The staff is also friendly and professional.
I’ve been here 4 months. It’s a nice place. The neighbors are kind. The management is awesome so far. The maintenance team is AMAZING! I feel really secure here. Cons: it’s not remote worker friendly, which was not disclosed to me until they weee literally handing me my keys. You have to pay almost $100 a month to be on the same internet as the whole building (cox). This property is beautiful! The apartments are very nice and modern, and the amenities are spectacular. Really love that they are 24 hours also. The office staff is very friendly and attentive, and the maintenance guys do a great job keeping the property looking nice and quick to fix things. Overall it is a great place to live, and definitely recommend!
Great place to live! They have the perfect amenities! Pool, gym, bbq area, it’s clean and kept up nicely.
