These apartments out of all the ones I have been to, I’ve had the best touring experience. Wasn’t too bland or too selly. Zack did a great job of showing us around even though I told the office I was running late. And for the cost of it all is really great, has a ton of amenities for the price. Not a fan of the mandatory internet package or the minimum of 12 months lease, but I still consider this place my priority on the list so far. Will re-review upon applying and move-in’s if possible! Very few people that that can describe their job as a calling. A job that someone is thrilled and happy to help people. This is exactly what Christina does. My wife and I came to Marlowe to find an apartment, we ended up finding a family. We met Christina who guided us through the process. She was: patient, professional, thorough and above all kind. Today, my wife and I are happy residents at Marlowe and expecting our our baby girl. Thank you Christina.
My wife and I had an awesome experience with Christina who gave us a tour and helped us with our lease and paperwork. Christina was super nice, patient and very responsive with any questions we had during our move in process. If you want to tour this complex, ask for Christina, she was great!
