I have to echo the noise complaints from other residents. Also, the maintenance team is slow, which is frustrating given the cost of rent and the 'quality' service they advertise. We also experienced a huge attitude shift from the leasing office once our lease was signed; every interaction since move-in has been disappointing. Fortunately, we haven't needed to deal with them too much. However, they do have a fantastic location.

My stay here was truly great! The view, staff, and hospitality all made me feel so at home. If you are ever in this area make sure to give this place a look. Highly recommend.
There is very poor sound insulation between units. If you have upstairs neighbors, be prepared to hear every step. I’ve emailed the leasing office multiple times about this issue, and all they’ve said is that it’s “normal” to hear "noise" in an apartment complex. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a well-built, peaceful place to live. Move in if you want to live your worst nightmare!!!
