Awesome staff, good tenants, throws great event that incorporates the community. Great place to be within the area!
I have to echo the noise complaints from other residents. Also, the maintenance team is slow, which is frustrating given the cost of rent and the 'quality' service they advertise. We also experienced a huge attitude shift from the leasing office once our lease was signed; every interaction since move-in has been disappointing. Fortunately, we haven't needed to deal with them too much. However, they do have a fantastic location.
