I have LOVED living here! By far my favorite apartment. If I wasn't moving to be closer to family, I would 100% stay here. The amenities are so so amazing and come in so handy. I use the common workspace once a week (at least if not more) and it's so nice there is a coffee machine on the first floor! I use that all the time. And I loveee that there's a gym and pool!! Awesome staff, good tenants, throws great event that incorporates the community. Great place to be within the area!
I have to echo the noise complaints from other residents. Also, the maintenance team is slow, which is frustrating given the cost of rent and the 'quality' service they advertise. We also experienced a huge attitude shift from the leasing office once our lease was signed; every interaction since move-in has been disappointing. Fortunately, we haven't needed to deal with them too much. However, they do have a fantastic location.
