I lived here for two years, during this time the building management was constantly turning over, the hot tub and speakers would break, and packages would be stolen by non-residents. When you are paying top dollar to live somewhere, you would expect a higher quality of service. The apartments were nice if you were able to get a good one with some light. Location was perfect.
Response to their comment: That’s rich! Coming from these folks calling my experience with their staff as offensive. An absolute disgrace of a response! I felt the racism from the lady and I know it clear and loud. She looked at me like I was insane to have a dialogue with them. WARNING to anyone moving here! Please ensure you have your move out notice date tattooed on your forehead. These folks will wait until after the defined notice date to send you a “courtesy” reminder. We submitted 30-days prior to expiration of the lease - 15 days after the predefined agreement. They were not willing to budge or listen to reason. Not a good experience with the folks in the office. Great property with lots of amenities!
I have lived in Marlowe for 9 months, I can say it’s a beautiful place with great facilities. In Marlowe, you can soak in a hot water spa and have a barbecue. This place carries my good memories in St. Louis.
