Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! They always go above and beyond for me! After working for a vet I am pretty picky and each time I take something in or have a question they always amazing me with great customer service and knowledge!
Always so gentle with my horses! I love the care they give. Patient and answers all my questions.
These vets have no compassion my 11 year-old pit bull was viciously attacked and dying and I was refused any type of service unless I had cash full payment for them to treat her and save her life my dog needed to have surgery needed treatment but I ended up having to watch her die in the seat next to me as I drove back to Duncan worst place ever along with Osage Veterinary Clinic
This clinic has treated my horse, donkeys, goats, dogs, and mini donkeys. My Scotty dog had to be put asleep cause of kidney failure. They grieved with us and had our dog cremated and put in a beautiful wooden urn. Today I had a mini donkey go in labor and I knew something was wrong. I called them and he came right out to my ranch to help. But the baby was already dead and he took very good care of the mom. I am still in disbelief at this chain of events. As if losing my young cat wasn't bad enough, the Dr made an already painful situation worse. He suggested to my husband on the phone the next morning that we bring the remains in for a rabies test, since we didn't know why he died. He never informed us what this test entailed, only said that rabies was prevalent in Oklahoma. Had I known I would of looked at other options before agreeing to this test. Marlow vet clinic saved my Little Yorkie Kriket's life! She had a Pancreatitis attack and we almost lost her! Their around the clock care and allowing me to visit after hours was outstanding! They really care about my babies well being and I am so grateful. I will be forever indebted to them. True life savers
This clinic could not be. Any better from staff to the Doctor's. Dr. Graff and staff cared for my little Yorkie, Tattie Tanaka for many years. She could not have had better care, or compassion, anywhere else. Love them all !
Love Marlow Vet clinic! My dog got ran over and I just knew she wasn't going to make it! Took her to surgery that afternoon and one month later she is acting as if nothing ever happened to her! Dr Graf is great! Highly recommend this place!
