Yummy This place is pretty good. The food is good quality and, as a vegetarian, I have a lot of choices. The hummus dip is great, albeit a little oily sometimes. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but still reasonable. Drinks have always been good. The ambiance is good, too.
The Sunday brunch is die for! Midweek lunch service is painfully slow. Go on Sunday late mornings (after 10am) for the best gourmet brunch in Atlanta. Amazing food. There is tons of parking in the apartment building for Marlow's access the parking garage on 6th street and drive up to the second floor. The restaurant has a backdoor with direct access from the parking deck.
Marlow's Tavern is good for Sunday Brunch Marlow's Tavern is great for Happy Hour but one thing people do not think about is brunch. Sunday brunch is great at Marlows. The menu changes but they do have the standard stamples for brunch. The grits on Sunday are something to try.
Great atmosphere I love the feeling of Marlow's! My boyfriend and I used to go there regularly for a nightcap. They have pretty good drink prices for the area, and the food is adequate. They sometimes have live music as well, which I love!
Good Gathering Place. This seems to be a favorite gathering place that is close to our office so I've been here on several occasions. It offers dining or simply drinks and appetizers in the bar area. They have a good menu with private dining room as well. When weather permits they have a patio for outdoor dining but it does back right up to the interstate so you may likely hear traffic noise. Otherwise it is a good atmosphere and classic decor.
upscale tavern At Marlow's you can come right after work. They have great specials and burgers. the bartenders are wonderful. I usually get the Cheeseburger dinner and a glass of Remy Martin V.S.O.P
Looking for good food try this location Marlows Tavern in Vinings is in a great location on Cumberland Pkwy. The menu is excellent for lunch, with great sandwiches, tasty salads and soups. The prices are good for both lunch and dinner. The dining room is very very clean. The employees are always very nice and speedy.
nice place We have been to Marlow's several times for lunch, always having a wonderful meal. The atmosphere reminds me of a bar in Buckhead. the staff is attentive and friendly.
Slightly overrated I first went to Marlow's when it originally opened. The food was good, although not great. The atmosphere was lovely. Since then, word has gotten out that this is "the place to be seen." It's hard to get a table during brunch hours, and it's turned into a middle/upper class hang out. I'm happy they're successful, but I preferred it in the beginning.
