Predatory service advisors. Taking advantage of my elderly father when he took his car to the wrong dealership asking about a 4pm appointment and they just went ahead and took the car and kept it for 2 days! For an oil change !! Not only that. But this has been single handedly the most expensive service we have ever gotten. $205 for an oil change and a tire rotation on an SUV ? Took our Jeep to get a receiver put on. Asked salesman for quote up front & got $665. When we went to pick it up, ended up total cost as $945 because it “took an extra hour”. We have been dealing with them for over 10 years & they did nothing to accommodate for us, not even a notice before hand. Not satisfied with their recent service.
