Founded in 1947 by Guy Marlow, the dealership was originally a Kaiser-Frazer dealership. It became a Mercury dealership in 1955. John Marlow became involved in the operation of the dealership in 1964, and in 1971 bought the interest of his father Guy Marlow. I get excellent customer service in the service department, and really enjoy coming there. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them with my Wrangler. Shout out to Dan!
4hrs into a 10 hour trip the engine light on my Jeep went on and I was in a place called Front Royal Virginia, panicked and from out of town I was lucky to find Marlow Motors where they diagnosed and fixed the problem and had me on my way the next day . I like the 4 oil changes for $250. They don't offer any value added services though. My Kia dealer washes and vacuums the vehicle and cleans the windows-inside and out. It felt like a brand new car after each service!
I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from Marlow Motor Company on March 16, 2024. The vehicle was purchased at 80,000 miles. Since that time I have had two service appointments at Marlow Motors with oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. I have had the battery replaced, replaced the serpentine belt, replaced the CPCH and valve-purge control, and spent $970.50 in parts and labor along the way.
