Marlo was great. Very encouraging as we packed up our home of 30 years. She connected us with great contractors for the things we didn't want to tackle. She gave us great tips while we worked with another agent to secure our new home. Friends that toured our home couldn't believe how good her staging looked--they barely recognized it.

If I could give Marlow 0 stars, I would. Thankfully she was not our real estate agent. She was the sellers agent who we bought from. She was very difficult to work with. She did not want to allow our agent to give us a final walk through before close (which is required) because she was too lazy to come put the lock box on the door. She also allowed the seller to leave actual trash and junk in the home and now we have to deal with it. Communication was poor and delayed almost every single time while working with our agents. Marlow sold my house many years ago and still sends me the listing every time it changes hands. She encouraged me to get my real estate license. Since doing so I have referred many clients to her and she has taken care of them all with professionalism and honesty. She knows the Seattle markets and how to strategically price homes.
