It was such a great experience designing the engagement ring with Kat and helpful to have her creativity and expertise bringing it to life. She really listened and offered thoughtful insights during the design process (ie. Angling certain features so they would catch less). Great service, ring came before the estimated time frame, and it cost less than we had initially budgeted for to boot. Would highly recommend Marlow Design/Kat if you're looking for a custom engagement ring.
Finally, I decided to take my mom’s jewelry and create something I can wear in memory of her. I am incredibly impressed with Marlow's approach and expereince. As I talked out loud, he was designing and creating a unique pendant that incorporates all the things I wanted. His patience and ability to hear the details are amazing. I am excited to see the renderings and the design come to life. Highly recommend!
I brought my engagement ring to Marlow Design for repair after losing a stone. Since I still had the stone, they were able to restore it with ease. They also polished the ring and retipped all the prongs to ensure it’s secure moving forward. It looks brand new again, and I’m really pleased with the quality of service! Overall, took about 2 weeks to complete.
Was recommended to Marlow by a friend and I have been so incredibly happy with the help. Not only did they help my fiancé discover we had been scammed by another jeweler but when I stone came out of my ring they were able to replace the stone, re tip all the prongs so it won't happen again and cleaned the weird gold plating off that was already tarnishing.
