I used to work at Marlow Auto Body the first thing I want to say is I miss my family and I love you guys dearly. I took my car (2017 Nissan Maxima) to Marlow after I was rear ended on the beltway by an SUV. It put two holes in my bumper from the license plate screws. I was concerned because I didn’t want any gaps in the seams when the bumper cover was replaced. They made it look brand new, like nothing ever happened. God forbid I have any more accidents, but if I do I will be taking it back to Marlow. My only minor complaint is the communication could be better in letting me know the status of the repair.
