Cheryl and her team are the worst! Do not hire! Had an open house shortly after listing, and we put the camera on in the house, no one showed according to the camera but Cheryl’s team said 8 ppl showed. Our contract ended at the end of October and the house is still listed and lock box still on our house! Called multiple times with 0 call backs. Even called her broker and explained to them, they said someone would call me back that day, and no one did! Going to have to get legal involved!
