All my family are in Dr. Chagua's care, he is great! He really care for patients.
Dr.Chaguwa is a good person but his office manager/wife is very rude. She has even left me on hold as I hear her talk bad about patients and even their medical information in spanish. Unbeknownst to her I am bilingual.

Concerns ignored Staff is stressful to deal with will do opposite or ignore your concerns completely Longer term patients are toyed with /nurse practitioner is rude and impossible to deal with literally will roll his eyes at you cut you off & give his opinion without an tests to back it up his opinion After a certain time Dr won't see you puts you with rude practioner Staff will refuse to let you make appointment with actual Dr no matter what your concerns are inaccurate documentations
Hi Dr chagua, It is always my pleasure to see you and your fabulous staff. I've been with you for more than a decade. I can't possibly imagine seeing a another doctor. It would break my heart. You are the best Dr. In louisville. If possible I called your office yesterday for a refill on one of my pain prescriptions but so far I have not heard from anybody. He really does want his patients to get well and stronger. He not only treats physically, he wants to make sure you’re a “whole” person again with a healthy outlook and he listens to you.
Dr. Chagua is really a good doctor and cares but the staff he employs (now 2nd or 3rd group of different ladies in the office) are just rude, incompetent, and liars. To be called 2 times to re-schedule my appointment is fine, to tell me to wait for refill to my prescription until doc can see me is fine also to some extent but when I am out of medication and the staff won't re-schedule my appointment or refill my prescription without speaking to the doctor for days is absurd. Ive been waiting for my prescription know for 3 days. Today i went and the practitioner nurse refused to give me my medicine. Iam sitting at my home in pain and crying. My legs hurt my spine hurts. Nobody cares. Practitioner nurse told me she will have Dr.chagua call my prescription in. In all 50 states a practitioner nurse can write a prescription for oxycodone.
