Horrible experience My appointment was originally for 1130 am in their old system. Their new system set me for 11 am, got there at 1120. You can't just change someone appointment with out consent. Despite being on the phone with the office prior to my appointment, instead of rescheduling me when I was on the phone. They waited until I was in the office to tell me they have to reschedule me because I was scheduled for 11. Theres only a 15 min grace period. your system is at fault not me. Well not only did i have a Horrible experience,with them changing my appointment without consent. But for a week ive had my pharmacy request a refill on my medicine. Which still hasn't been filled. Im sure they're gonna use the excuse of Dr has to see you before refill. Well if my appointment was honored we wouldn't be in this situation. Making me wait an extra month is insane. The best OB-GYN I’ve ever had. Dr. Marlon Bohorquez has been, by far, the most caring, knowledgeable, and supportive OB-GYN I’ve ever worked with. He performed my LEEP surgery with incredible professionalism and care, and accompanied me through very emotional moments, including two miscarriages. Finding an OB/GYN who takes the time to educate their patients, and is both knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner is not easy. I have had three babies all with different OB/GYN's and felt rushed with each one from appointments to deliveries. Dr. Bohorquez takes the time necessary with each appointment to provide all available options and walks through the pros and cons of each option.
