For a compact room, this hideaway has everything, all set in lovely grounds. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was exceedingly well equipped, and the hosts made a point of introducing themselves after we’d settled in, also providing artisanal bread, butter, ground coffee and Jersey milk.

I look forward to staying here again. The unit was perfect for my needs, very clean and well appointed. Rebecca could not have been more helpful. I had booked for the wrong date and she willingly changed the booking. It was one of those occasions where my expectations were well exceeded. Highly recommend.

Marlo Hideaway is such an amazing place to stay. The added touch and country feel definitely made it feel like home away from home. Very comfy bed, great surroundings, good boat parking and very friendly hosts. We we definitely be back. Thank you Jeff and Bec.

When I walked in and saw the beautiful bed linen, Sheridan towels and everything squeaky clean, I was hooked. We didn’t cook as only there two nights but the outside BBQ and eating areas were really fabulous and the kitchenette in the unit was well equipped. The units are small but bright and airy. Bed very comfortable and only a 400 m walk to the pub! Marlo Hideaway was a little bit of luxury in a small seaside town and Jeff and Bec deserve their high occupancy rate even though it’s winter.
