Great service! I came over the past weekend and jolene was my helper very nice lady I came into the store to buy one thing and left out with 4 other things lol....great store and great employees! Kudos
A family member referred me to this store and I had a great experience. The office manager was very helpful. She provides me the prices and the different options i can take advantage of. I will definitely return in this store.
Been lied too five times about delivery dates. Now pushing three months wait. Horrible customer service! Don't shop there ever!
I bought a couch over 6 weeks ago. Today they said it will be another 6 weeks for estimated delivery. Delivery was promised at 4-6 weeks when we purchased. Stay away.
I recently moved to the DC area . Moved into my new place and needed furniture. I asked my new co-workers for advice. Several recommended Marlo, and several told me to stay away from Marlo. Marlo's in Laurel, MD has the absolute WORST customer service and even worse quality of furniture. They make promises they can't keep. They misled us about the extended warranty which we paid for but got nothing from it. I would rather sit on lawn chairs and cardboard boxes than buy anything from them.
Terrible service from management just wanna sell you: and finally after purchase 8 weeks later i still didn't get my stuff.....I wouldn't recommend any body to go there.
Patrick was great to work with. No pressure. Great pricing and we purchased a beautifil Dinning Room set. Going back next to buy our Living Room set and Bed Room set.
