I have very good experience with Marlo Furniture, my Sales person Amadou was a comfortable, And very helpfully . He answered all our questions kindly, we had good time there . They’re friendly so for sure I am glad to be in there .
Just got my dinning room delivered! I’m loving it. Thank you Marlo laurel for hiring such a great salesman. Mr. Amadou went above and beyond to help us.
On my visit to the store yesterday 1/18/20 we had a wonderful excellent experience with Mr Amadou he was so helpful and so patient with us.
I been looking for a leather sofa for my living. I shopped around and finally, I found it in Marlo. The stuff were very helpful, very welcoming. Thanks for all of them and I want to give a special thanks to Mamadou who have helped me find what I was looking for.

I enjoyed the way the Sales Person/Cathy showed me everything they had in the store and even went online to make sure I found a table set within my budget and taste. She did not give up because she wanted to sell me just anything she made sure that I received the table of my choice. I really appreciate Cathy being so helpful, wonderful and beautiful too :). Thank you Cathy I really like my table set.
I bought a bed and dresser last month at Marlo store in laurel, Md. The experience at the store was okay but when they delivered my bed it was wiggling and I have been trying to contact the customer service but they are not helpful at all, the service departament is always busy and they tell me that they are going to call me back and they never have . That is ridiculous, my bed is still shaking and I’m not happy with the customer service at this store at all.
Service is HORRIBLE at the Laurel location!!! I can’t begin to tell you the run around that I am getting with the staff. Was told my furniture would be here in 2-6 weeks. Well guess what it’s not here of course and it’s been over 6 weeks. I have called twice and have gotten the run around both times was even told the manager was not at work. So I did one better and came inside of the store oh and guess what surprise surprise the manger is working. Now I am being told that my furniture is not available. Smh so horrible!!! I w... read more
Furniture does not last, low quality. No answeres when you call for the "warranty" they sell you. Do not recommend. This company does not care about the consumer. This is a year later after furniture was purchased from there. We purchased an entertainment center , a credenza, bedroom set, living room sectional (problem I am calling about ) , tables, dining room set, corner china cabinet, and a whole formal living room set including tables, kitchen table set , chairs and bar stools (returned-the table came damaged) And the WA... read more
