I am really disappointed with their customer service...very rude and inefficient staff...I don't know where they find them. .One is worse than the other...I ordered sectional sofa almost 6 months ago... they only delivered part of it... I am still waiting for the other Section....No apologies just rude response from the staff..and run arounds.... you can have decent furniture but it you can not back it up with good customer service. ..you will loose customers. ..
I pay for warranty insurance Marlo furniture for sofa. it's took my money l call so many times Gp recovery is not respond good sound 100% lie Took your money it's so bad customer service!!
They do not care about your time or money. Once they get the sale nothing else matters. I will most likely be requesting a full refund, but I feel ridiculously stupid because I basically gave them an interest free loan for 8 weeks.
Terrible experience with the store manager and customer service. We ordered a sectional on May 21st. We were told delivery in 2-6 weeks. It is now week 8. They said we will not get it until week 10. The store manager offered for us to reselect or $100 compensation once delivered. Why would we want to reselect!? We obviously chose the exact piece we wanted originally! They balked at me when I asked for 25% refund. I will absolutely never come back here. And really advise no one to shop here.
Marlo Furniture is the best. I will never shop anywhere else!
