Summer Oweis provided exceptional customer service yesterday! The entire Branch was truly amazing.
We bought a $4000 adjustable base and mattress from Marlo in Dec 2016. It was delivered in January 2017. When it was delivered the base was missing a metal bracket that holds the mattress in place when you adjust the bed. The delivery guy called and they said, we will order one! Great! Now, it's almost April, I have called customer service 5 times asking where the bracket is and no one knows and no one calls back like they are supposed to with the info! Wow, I shopped and I dropped
I am a very reliable client and I always buy furniture from your store, but recently On 24 November (black Friday), I bought a bedroom set and 2 sofas at Marlo Furniture Alexandria VA; they told me that my furniture will be delivered in 2 to 6 weeks, but until today I still I didnât get it. Yesterday, I went to the store to check why my order was not delivered; they told me that my order will be here in March and I better choose something else. Buyer's beware. Stay away from this store. You will thank me later.
Worst possible management. We ordered sofa and love seat and a dresser . Both sofas came without legs missing and dresser was heavily scratched. We returned dresser for replacement. Next trip of delivery person came with legs for love seat only. Next trip dresser is delivered which again is damaged. On next appointment no body showed up. I have to make more phone calls. Total disappointed.

A nightmare!!
I am really disappointed with their customer service...very rude and inefficient staff...I don't know where they find them. .One is worse than the other...I ordered sectional sofa almost 6 months ago... they only delivered part of it... I am still waiting for the other Section....No apologies just rude response from the staff..and run arounds.... you can have decent furniture but it you can not back it up with good customer service. ..you will loose customers. ..
