We called this company to close the sprinkler system for winter, and we will NOT do business with them again! During the closing process, they blew out one of the sprinkler heads (which may not have been anyone's fault since it was older) then never said a word to us about it. When we discovered the blown head the next day, company said technician told them it was broken and we should pay them to fix it in the spring and they would send a service contract. Very poor customer service.
