First, I was handed to them from another company. The contacted me with a postcard to give me a date to turn on my system. Then when I was outside with him as he turned it on all was working fine than after he messed with two of them they broke. A few days later I got a letter in the mail saying I had 15 days to give them $100. All the heads were replaced within the last few years.
Marlo Irrigation is a top notch company. They strive to accommodate the customer and do so with a smile. The personnel are pleasant, knowledgeable, and experienced. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this company!
We have had four companies work on our system. One wanted to replace the whole system. Marlo fixed it and it has been running perfect. This is the BEST irrigation company in the tri cities. Customer service is great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
