Update: They have not returned paperwork with Saginaw Township and are not on the list of certified backflow testers. Gave them my credit card over the phone for backflow testing. That was over two months ago in July. I was told they'd have someone out in two weeks. Then I called back the end of August and once again, they said two weeks. Just called on September 16 and they said two weeks again. They claimed they returned the paperwork to the Township but that's not what the Township says. Zakk arrived at our house today to test one of our sprinkler heads that we were concerned about. He confirmed it was broken and replaced it.
