I tell you, in a world that is decreasing in good customer service, Marlo beauty is not lacking in great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong towels and then ruined them in the washer. So I called them and confessed. Not only did they credit me back for them , I was able to put that credit towards the towels I meant to order the first time!& I was told to keep the other ones.
