Urgent Care Center We have visited Healthpoint several times when we have not been able to get into our family doctor. I was surprised that we did not end up waiting for hours. The second time we went, I called first and they were able to tell me if there was much of a wait. We were able to get in and out in 30 minutes which was great! The doctors we have seen there have been friendly and helpful.
fast and effective As a student I appreciated having a walk-in clinic available when I am far away from my home doctor. This clinic has always been fast, and the doctor was good enough to give me sample meds because I did not have insurance. I got the medicine needed, and the doctors were very friendly and understanding.
Feedback Excellent in all ways. He made a diagnosis for me that others had missed for a very long time. I feel very comfortable with the doctor and trust him implicitly.
Helpful but a little rushed I go here for yearly exams and have also been for minor health problems like sore throat. The annual exams (gyno) are thorough and they are always willing to answer any questions. Knowing I would probably think of having kids some day, they called for tests I never would have thought to ask for but that were very useful. Convenient Care This clinic is a great place for family healthcare. Privacy seems to be at the forefront of their minds, and the staff is very nice. The doctors are helpful and great with kids. Carle is known for its excellent service, and I have had many great experiences with them. I was born in a Carle Hospital and have stuck with them ever since.
