super slow service poor cook was all alone in a packed restaurant how does that even happen? it shouldn't take over an hour to get food. save your time and avoid this location.

Second time we have had bad service. The way it looked they had one waitress doing everything. Waited longer than necessary to get seated and then she took our order and about the time we should have gotten our meals she came back and said she had thrown away the paper she had our order on. So we had to start over. I felt kinda bad for the waitress because it was too much for one person. I realize workers are hard to find but sometimes there must be someone in the back that could help out.
That triple hamburger with fries was great.
My dad and I stopped in there yesterday afternoon and ordered 2 of the worst cooked steaks and not only that I ordered eggs over medium and I had to send them back twice to get them cooked right but to no avail they were still extremely runny. We talked to the sever about it and she just wasn’t very interested in what we were telling her. NEVER AGAIN
Sadly this was the second time ever coming here. took my mother for mother day meal and we have been sitting here almost an hour . no food no silverware. This was the same situation the last time coming. I think if your not hungry come here trust me you will be hungry when you leave. NEVER WILL I COME BACK AGAIN. As I'm writing this I'm going to let someone know we ordered our food EXACTLY 34 MINUTES AGO!!!
ordered a hot Turkey never thought I'd get sliced deli Turkey I've had these for years n had fresh Turkey was very disappointed... was not worth $$8.99 my bf had a hot beef his was very salty actually too salty salad and soup was good tho wasted $$ on the hot sandwiches ☹
food is good and the waitress melody is good at her job
