After interviewing several real estate companies I decided to hire D'Andre and Nakita. They were willing to work on a fixed price commission that was very reasonable. I can’t recommend the S.P.E team enough. They kept me informed every step of the way, provided outstanding service, and the listing pictures were incredible.
