Awful after new owners took over. Rented for 5 years without huge complaints except price doubled. Then after being gone for the summer return to find completely trashed by rats damaged property and weeds and fire ant pile inside and out. Management side to contact my insurance company for damage. No discount or meeting me to inspect the damage. Very disappointed.
Secure and great location.
Storage facility is ok but their autopay is terrible! First month it didn’t even run the payment. They reversed the late fee. Second month worked fine. Third month was supposedly an “invalid transactions ” for which I was charged a late fee which they wouldn’t reverse because they had reversed one. The transactions never showed up at my bank. Nice and clean! No snakes! If I ever have to rent a storage unit again, I will use E-Z Storage.
