They put a new roof on my house in Cape Coral in 2019. I purchased the house in 2020. In August 2022 I had a significant roof leak due to poor workmanship (flashing issue requiring removal of shingles to be properly repaired). When I contacted them to do the repair they stated they only warrant workmanship for 12 months. The real kicker is they also told me it would be 2 months before they could get out to look at the roof and had no interest in fixing their mess even if I paid them.
