I can’t say enough good things about Emma and her team!! The quality of materials and craftsmanship is unmatched. We’ve all heard the horror stories about contractors. You can’t author one of those stories about Marlin Construction. Transparent and trustworthy roofing contractors are hard to come by these days, but this is absolutely one of those companies.
Great company. Emma was excellent to work with and communicated very well! Would highly recommend.
What a bunch of crooks, they don’t pay their suppliers or their subcontractors.
Company cause over 2k in damages and loss revenue when one of their non ac certified techs lifted our AC unit to flash underneath while unit was running. They sorted out unit and knocked out half of our lights on one of our busiest days at our shop. Had to stay closed for the day while I paid to get an actual centified AC tech to fix unit and waiting on contractor to replace the four inside panels and insolation in our shop that was damaged by water.
