Stay away from Marlin Leasing. They are worse than 3rd class used car dealers. Once you sign the contract, they will keep coming back for more money and when you say you want to payoff the lease, they will jack-up the payoff amount to make a quick buck. I am surprised there are no criminal cases against them.

I have had nothing but horrible experience with Marlin Leasing. I am constantly harassed with bogus fees. Late Charges on the bogus fees and even taxes charged on the late fee charges. In 30 years of business, hands down the worse lending company I ever did business with.

What a scam. The lease agreements are horrible make sure you read the fine print. in Fact don't even get that far with them. GO somewhere else. All their lease have auto-renewal clauses and make it as difficult as possible for you not to terminate your lease. They require a certified letter by mail 180 days prior to lease ending in order to accept the termination. They make you return the device to an address of their choosing even though is their equipment and they should be the ones picking it up. They also hold you respon... read more
