Went into the store to inquire about jewelry, and there was a gentleman at this very second who was in the store who was not welcoming at all … possibly explains why there were no customers in the store. They need better, customer service, and the person who was there on Friday, July 10 at 5:48 PM to be exact needs to be fired because his customer service sucks
The store is beautiful but the manager is very unprofessional Condescending and arrogant- When you walk in they glare at you No hello no nothing The manager - I found out she was - definitely needs an attitude adjustment The young man that ended up helping us was knowledgeable, understanding and was completely capable to do his job with us without her hovering and treating him like garbage Sad really to have such a beautiful place and certain staff that makes customers feel completely unwelcome

Very poor customer service I purchasedCleo Wire Gold Slip-On Bracelet - medium size from the website. However, when I received it and tried it, the size looked like small and I confirmed that through the official shop in Bahrain. I only used the Item for a month or so and sent it back to correct the size. However, my request was rejected due what they claim as wear & tear damage Very unprofessional way to avoid replacing the item First and last mistake to deal with them
