Put our name on the wait list for a table at 630 and was told 35-45 min wait. Checked at 745 and was told it will be at least 15 more minutes .. very poor customer service! Not even an apology . First and last time here for sure.
We went for happy hour and the $3.50 tacos. They couldn’t do the tacos because they were too busy. Ok, so Blake ordered coco shrimp and I ordered nachos. They just ran out of nachos. Ok, I ordered the chicken fingers. Blake got his order but I didn’t get mine. I waited until he was about ½ done before trying to get the attention of the bar tender. Slow service. When we ordered two appetizers only one arrived. After patiently waiting we asked about the other. They said they would put a rush on it. When it arrived it was raw chicken. No excuse for this. I might have to call the health department about this.
Food was delicious. The best we’ve had while at HH. Had a family of 15 and the service was great. Thanks Jeremy....go Eagles😜
Unfortunately me and my family did not enjoy the food at all. Even the baked potato was awful and topped with fake butter. Tried to make a reservation with the app and it stated reservations not accepted, when we arrived at restaurant told we should have had a reservation. Food not worth the wait. Always happy with a Serg restaurant but not this time.
All around awesome, from food to atmosphere!
