RecommendedI would highly recommend this clinic. Last Sunday I called their service about my ill cat. I received a call back within 15 minutes. She spoke with me and asked me how quickly I could get my cat there. I explained we were not patients there. That never even phased her. Within 1 hour, (only because it would take 45 to get my cat there), she was evaluating her. Unfortunately, the prognosis wasn’t good and we had to have her put down. I called to try to make an appointment for a sick cat but before I could even finish my sentence or say anything about the cat's condition, I was very rudely told "NO!" I couldn't come in. Most offices will at least find out what is going on first and then let you know, in a pleasant tone of voice, how soon an appointment is available or if your pet should be brought in for an emergency visit. I took my dog Lily here about a month or 2 ago because she was seemingly going blind with cataracts in at least one eye. They saw her, told me it was just nuclear sclerosis, that it wasn't cataracts, that it would clear up on its own, that there wasn't anything wrong, and sent me home with nothing. Recently, it started getting worse and both eyes seemed to be going bad.
